Broward County North of the I-75  Miccosukee Travel Plaza 
 From there travel north on Government Rd (AKA 833) exactly 3.5 miles 
and there is a wooden cattle corral of sorts on the east side of the road. 
Behind it, either on the fences or in the trees the Caracara will be seen. 
Sometimes you do have to look about or wait for them to show themselves.
